(From right to left: Mack, Keira)
Owning a dog (or two, three, four or more) truly does bring joy into the house- but along with that joy can come stress and mess! We are the happy owners of two black labrador retriever mixes, Keira and Mack! We started with just Keira and got her the day after we bought our house. Recently, we’ve added Mack to the mix- he is a rescue from a high-kill shelter and is very shy yet playful. We were always told that it was easier having two dogs than one, as Keira is quite the energy-filled dog. I didn’t believe it until we adopted Mack- they play together and really do keep each other company.
We’ve been looking for a few different things for the dogs, and the main thing was a dog bowl that would minimize the mess created by, not one but two dogs. I stumbled across the Neater Feeder and was immediately impressed at the unique design and variety of sizes. I knew that we needed it, that Keira and Mack needed it. I, myself, am recovering from major back surgery so bending over to clean up messes is a big no-no and being home all day, there are A LOT of messes created by these cuties! Check out this video below which highlights the features of the Neater Feeder:
The Neater Feeder is designed with protective walls to contain splashes and spills from an inadvertent kick or an excited pet. This revolutionary system holds spilled food in an upper reservoir while spilled water flows down a gentle slope through a patent-pending filtering system. The spilled water drains into a lower reservoir that can safely contain more than an entire bowl of spilled water, keeping it off the floor until you are ready to dispose of it. Keeping the spilled food in the upper reservoir, off the floor, not only saves you work, but also keeps it clean for reuse.
Wow- I knew that this was one product that we needed for our dogs, one that would limit the mess they tend to create when they are eating and/or drinking. The only mess it won’t help with is the one that they make after drinking water- they tend to take it to others and ‘share’ by giving you some of their water whether you want it or not. However, I knew that it would be so worth it to have one of these in my house! As soon as it was delivered, I sent a picture to my husband and he was impressed with the design and was excited to ‘see it in action’.
The two pictures above are totally representative of what our household was and now is with the Neater Feeder. The dogs were a little apprehensive at first with it, but have really grown to be comfortable with it, their food and water (two things that are very important to them) are there! We couldn’t be happier and will be investing in a second Neater Feeder very soon– with two dogs one doesn’t seem to be enough!
I am so honored to be able to partner with Neater Feeder and offer a giveaway to ONE Reader (US Residents Only)- a Neater Feeder of your size and color- I know you won’t be disappointed. Simply use the Rafflecopter below to enter to win:
