If you’re looking for an easy and delicious dessert, check out this easy to make Amish Chocolate Eclair Dessert. Here’s how its done:
1 box graham crackers
9 oz. Cool Whip
2 C. vanilla instant pudding mix
5 C. milk
Prepare pudding: Heat milk to almost boiling. Cool, then add pudding mix. Fold in Cool Whip. Line bottom of 9″ x 13″ pan with whole graham crackers. Put half of pudding mixture over crackers. Make another layer of crackers. Add remaining pudding. Top with another layer of crackers.
1 C. chocolate chips
3 T. margarine
3 T. milk
2 T. corn syrup
1 T. vanilla
1 1/2 C. powdered sugar
Mix chocolate chips and margarine. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well and spread over crackers. Refrigerate at least 1 day before serving.
