I love eating cookie dough – it is SO delicious! In fact, sometimes the dough is much better than the cookies after they’re baked!! Since Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, I have a delicious and easy recipe for you to make for your love — Cookie Dough Hearts! It takes just a few simple ingredients to make these delicious treats and they can last for months in the freezer — even better!! You can make these ahead of the time and store them in an airtight container for a few months so you can enjoy them whenever you have a sweet tooth. Cookie Dough Hearts
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter – softened
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup all purpose flour
2 T milk
1 cup chocolate chips
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl
Stir in the milk, and vanilla.
Stir in the softened butter until all ingredients are well combined
Take your mold tray and using a spoon, fill each mold. Make sure to really press the dough into the mold, to ensure they come out with form.
Place the mold and dough in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
Pop out and enjoy. Great to add with sundaes.
Keep covered in the freezer up to three months.
I’m not sure that I’ll have any to share! These cookie dough hearts took me a short amount of time to make and a short amount of time to consume. Next time, I’ll have to pace myself.
