White Chocolate S’mores on a Stick

Summer is almost here! I am so excited to spend some time outdoors with my family. We love to be outside together and I love to have quick treats available for the family to enjoy. White Chocolate S’mores on a Stick are perfect for a busy day outside and a fun treat for your kids to make with you. They are simple and adorable. They would also make a great party favor wrapped in some fun cello bags and some ribbon! There are endless ideas. Check out the tutorial below.

S’mores on a stick- (Makes 3)

Ingredients
1 cup Ghirardelli white chocolate wafers
3 large marshmallows
Colorful sprinkles
3 graham crackers
lollipop sticks

Directions-
1. Break your three graham crackers in half
2. Place a marshmallow on three of them and microwave for 10-15 seconds

3. Put the other half of the graham cracker on top of the marshmallow
4. Now melt your white chocolate wafers in a microwave safe bowl for 3 to 4 minutes on 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds until melted
5. Push a lollipop stick in between your s’mores

6. Dip your s’more into you melted white chocolate and cover with a spoon

7. Set a piece of parchment paper and top off with sprinkles

8. Place in the freezer for about 10 minutes to get the chocolate to harden
9. Serve and enjoy!

What a treat these are with some of my favorite things — graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate. The sprinkles are an added bonus, too! These would make great gifts or party favors too because they’re so simple, cute and homemade. I cannot wait to make more of these for my family and friends. Who will you make them for?
