My new years resolution is very simple this year: Get more sleep and drink more water. I wanted to make it realistic because I have two kids and I want to set good examples, so I already try to eat more veggies and try to stay active, but after I got a Jawbone I realized I wasnt even getting nearly enough sleep at night and thats my goal is to get 8 hours a night

My resolution is to become more healthy. I want to cut out junk food and replace it with fresh fruits and veggies. Drink lots more water and less sugary drinks and be more active.
