Welcome to This N That with Olivia’s Baby Gift Guide!

Are you a Mom-t0-Be or New Mom? Or maybe even someone looking for a perfect gift for the Mom-to-Be? This N That with Olivia’s Baby Gift Guide will feature products from the best baby brands out there in the form of reviews and sometimes giveaways. Our first little one, Liam Wesley arrived on September 22, 2014 – a few weeks earlier than his due date of October 1, 2014. We’ve been searching for the best baby products for our little boy all through my pregnancy and have already featured some in our Gift Guide!

Our next feature comes from Bert & Bratt and their portable sterilizer! “Bert & Bratt delivers quality UV sterilizers to make it convenient for individuals to make their health and wellbeing a priority.”  We were given the opportunity to review the UV Soother Sterilizer for Liam– I was super excited to have something portable and easy to use that would safely sterilize items like pacifiers. I know that items like pacifiers do get dropped quite frequently, or dirty so having some way to clean/sterilize them is awesome. We are very particular about everyone washing their hands before holding Liam, and I know that will continue as there are a ton of germs out and about that one may not think they carry.

Contaminatiom

You may not think about it, but contamination is instant– the ‘5 second rule’ does not apply! As you can see there are things like pacifiers, sippy cups, teethers and bottle nipples that are commonly dropped but the sterilization methods are not easily accessible! The Bert & Bratt sterilizer doesn’t use any heat, water or chemicals – yet it safely sterilizes your items.

The sterilizer is SO cute, right?! It is very compact and lightweight making it easy to toss in a diaper bag and use on the go. It takes 3-AAA batteries and is easily used. Check out the sterilization of one of Liam’s pacifiers.

Simply put the item you wish to sterilize inside of the sterilizer and close the door.

Press the button and hold it until it begins to pulse and let go. Simply go on your merry way until the light goes out and voila, you have a sterilized item! I’ve thrown this in Liam’s diaper bag so that when we’re out and about I can easily sterilize items that may fall– namely pacifiers!!

This is so neat! I've never seen anything like it before! The ones I've seen either go in the dishwasher or microwave. Love this - so cute too!
