Blue-Blackberry Smoothie!

It’s just about the end of the first month of 2016 and I know some of us had goals to eat healthier in the new year. When I find delicious and easy to make recipes, I like to share them with you in hopes that I help you! You can start the day with a delicious blueberry and blackberry smoothie. Tons of flavor and super healthy. No sugar added, just fresh fruits, yogurt and juice. This is perfect for the on the go Mom (like me) or to have as a snack or dessert after a long day at work or with the kids. It takes just a few things and it is easy to make. Check out the tutorial below!!

Blue-Blackberry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • ½ cup frozen spinach
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ cup almond milk

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine the frozen ingredients with the milk and yogurt in the blender and process until smooth.
  2. Garnish with fresh berries if desired.
  3. Serve immediately.
