About Trades Of Hope
So many women live in poverty, not because they lack abilities, but because they lack opportunity. We started Trades of Hope to give women that opportunity for a better life. Each woman has a story, and with Trades of Hope’s help, their story has changed from pain and struggle to a story of hope!
We work with the artisans themselves and organizations that are helping women in difficult circumstances. Some women have been rescued from sex slavery. Others are raising handicapped children alone. Some are in war torn countries and others have HIV/AIDS and leprosy. These women have never had the chances we’ve had, yet they are just like us in so many ways. They love their families and hope and dream of a better life for them.
We are helping by marketing their products through the home party model, so they can put food on their table, a roof over their head, get medical care and an education for their children. We want to tell their stories to the world! We have a heart for ministry and business, and through this we have started separate successful non-profit organizations and businesses. Together, we have a combined 30 years of experience. This has given us the tools and drive we need to help women and make an impact on the world! As mothers and daughters, we also wanted to partner together to help create a beautiful world for the next generation. ~Elisabeth, Gretchen, Holly, & Chelsie
Hello All! My name is Kahyla, and I’m a Compassionate Entrepreneur for Trades of Hope! I’m a wife and momma to a feisty one year old who keeps life busy and exciting. About a year ago, I was looking for a way to get out of the house and do something for my self, all while providing for my family. A friend introduced me to Trades of Hope, and I instantly fell in love with the mission and heart of this incredible company – to empower women out of poverty, to see mothers be able to keep their children, to see young girls choose business rather than the sex industry, and to see families happy and healthy because they are able to provide what they need for themselves. My heart has grown with compassion as I work alongside thousands of women around the globe, as we all strive to reach the same goals, the same vision, the same HOPE! If you would like more information on how you can become part of our team of World Changers, please message me through my Facebook page .

Haiti had this centuries worst natural disaster and is home to almost 500,000 orphans. The majority of the orphans have not been orphaned by prenatal deaths,or natural disasters, but by parents who gave them up simply because they could not feed them. The Apparent project is the “UN-orphanage” and is helping with the orphan crisis by providing parents with sustainable business through creating products!
Aren’t both bracelets stunning? These would not only be great for you, but great as a gift. All of these items are available while supplies last and are selling out quickly. If you see something you like, please grab it soon :-D. As you see, both bracelets are made in Haiti by groups. I love that we are able to help these artisans.
