Life is certainly full of surprises – you never know when something is going to happen and throw us off of our normal routine. As a woman, I know how some unexpected things like the monthly visitor can come and catch you off guard. In order to be prepared for some things, I try to create an on-the-go pack and have certain items always accessible. In that pack I have things like band-aids, ibuprofen, and Carefree® liners.
When you’re thrown off course on vacation, or right when you’re ready to take a run with a friend or just on a regular day with your monthly cycle, it can be frustrating and seem to ruin your day. To deal with those unexpected times, I wanted to share a basic workout routine that I find I can do comfortably and quickly even when unexpected visitors come. Daily 20 Minute Workout Routine
- 5 pushups – you can do this the traditional way or legs bent way, whatever works. Take your time, speed is not a factor.
- 50 jumping jacks – these are fun but also a great workout. Keep going past 50 if you can!
- 10 crunches – you can do these while watching TV, or before bed.
- 25 squats – work those thighs and suck in your belly making sure you maintain good posture!
- 2 planks – challenging but awesome for your abdominal muscles. Hold for 20 to 30 seconds each if possible.
Always remember to stretch before and after exercising! Be sure you have your Carefree® Acti-fresh® Thin liners handy and in your gym bag for easy access. I promise that you won’t even know that you’re wearing a liner with these!
