I love cheesecake, YUM! It is probably my favorite dessert and I would take it over regular cake any day! When I stumbled across this recipe, I HAD to share. It’s not too complicated and they look amazing. I’m sure they’ll be a huge hit at a party or when you have friends over. Frozen Lemon Cheesecake Bites
Ingredients
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 Lemon, zest and juice
- ¼ Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 teas. Vanilla
- ½ Cup Graham Crackers, finely crushed
Instructions
1. In a bowl mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
2. Add the lemon zest and juice, condensed milk and vanilla mix until thoroughly combine.
3. Place the mixture covered in the freezer for 3 hours to overnight, you want it to be very firm.
4. Place the graham crumbs in a shallow bowl.
5. Remove the mixture from the freezer and using a tablespoon at a time quickly roll into a ball then roll in the crumbs.
6. Place back into the freezer 20-30 minutes to firm up. Remove and serve immediately they will melt.
7. If not serving immediately place in an airtight container in the freezer.
