Slow cooker recipes are a great way to save time and have a delicious meal. Our family eats a lot of chicken and pork so we are always on the hunt for new recipes to try. The other day, we threw this recipe in the slow cooker and let it cook while we were at work. This Slow Cooker Chipotle Ranch Chicken cooked up perfect and was great over fresh made rice for dinner. The ease of this recipe makes it convenient for a mid week meal and was a hit with the entire family.

This sure looks good, and I love the DIY chipotle seasoning, too. I finally got my first slow cooker, and I'd not be brave enough to throw some ingredients together like this without a recipe. I'd like to try it!!
