Pi day is 3.14– do you celebrate? While I love pies, my husband doesn’t really like many desserts so I usually just enjoy a special treat for myself. This month, I am offering my readers an amazing giveaway and teaming up with some fellow bloggers to offer the “It is a Great day for Pi” giveaway hop.
This Giveaway is Hosted By MamatheFox
This N That with Olivia has teamed up with Amanda Roberson, the owner of Chunky Baby Cookies to offer an amazing prize pack including some delicious cookies and breakfast bars.
About Chunky Baby Cookies
Chunky Baby started with Amanda’s first son, he was born 6 weeks premature and she was already nervous about breastfeeding and knew she wanted to make it to at least a year. Amanda started buying all the lactation supplements out there including other cookies. She hated the taste of everything and knew there had to be a better cookie out there. That led her to Pinterest where she tried every recipe she could find. She tried different types of ingredients and still nothing seemed to really taste like a good cookie. Next, she started to experiment. Changing one thing and then another Amanda found her perfect recipe. When she started sharing them with friends, they thought they were great too. Everything just grew from there. Amanda is so happy to share these cookies with other nursing Mamas and help them with their breastfeeding journey.
Great for Nursing Moms
Moms who are looking for a way to boost their milk supply find that Chunky Baby cookies are delicious and they work! The cookies and bars have 3 galactagogues; flax seed, oats and brewer’s yeast. Depending on the boost each person is looking for they number of cookies they eat is different. Most Moms see a significant boost each 2-3 cookies a day. Men love Chunky Baby cookies and bars too. They are a hearty cookie with a soft texture and a rich flavor that anyone can enjoy! If they aren’t eaten first, both cookies and bars have a 2 week shelf life but they can be frozen for 4-6 months.
How To Order Chunky Baby Cookies
I bake fresh cookies and bars each week. After I have baked, I post what flavors are available to my Facebook Page. Cookies are claimed from that post and then customers fill out a Google Form to provide me with their information for shipping and payment. I invoice via PayPal and ship or do porch pick up for locals. In addition, locals can find Chunky Baby cookies and Bars at St. Inie’s Coffee in Lexington Park, MD.
