Apple Pie is one of my favorite desserts, it is even more delicious with some vanilla bean ice cream on top. It is a wonderful treat for dessert after a delicious meal. Did you know that the classic apple pie isn’t that hard to make? In fact, you can make it quick and easy. The next time you’re attending a party, check out this recipe and make apple pies for your guests or have one on hand as a gift.

#7. Use a fork and gently press down in the sides of the pie to close it. Next, use a sharp paring knife to trim the extra crust off the sides.
#8. Vent the top of the pie crust with a fork 3-4 times.
#9. Dab the milk on the top of the crust (this will make it golden brown) and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture – we like a lot. 🙂
#10. Place the pie in the oven and bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Turn the down to 350 degrees after 15 minutes and continue to bake another 30-35 minutes.
#11. Remove the pie from the oven and allow it to set.
