Fudge is one of my favorite things – and cookies and cream even more so! I’m excited to share this delicious cookies and cream fudge recipe which requires only three ingredients. This is not only easy to make but delicious. Enjoy.
1 container of Hershey’s Cookies & Creme frosting
12 oz package of white chocolate chips or Wilton white chocolate candy melts
1/2 C. black & white sandwich cookies crumbs + more to sprinkle on top of the fudge
#1. Scoop the Cookies & Creme frosting into a medium size microwave save dish and pour in the white chocolate chips (see photo).
#2. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring every 30 seconds until completely melted. My microwave took about 2 minutes. Keep an eye on it as you do not want it to burn.
#3. While the fudge is heating spray a medium size baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
#4. Once the mixture is completely melted, add the 1/2 a cup of cookie crumbs and mix into the fudge (see photo).
#5. Pour the fudge into the baking dish and sprinkle extra cookie crumbs (see photo).
#6. Place the fudge in the fridge for several hours to set.
#7. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
