Copper Chef: A New Way to Cook @Copper_Chef

Thank You For Sharing!!

Cooking is one of my all time favorite things to do. Finding great cookware that will last and work as promised is certainly a challenge. A few months ago I saw an ad for a cookware brand called Copper Chef and knew that I would have to give it a shot and see how it works. We found that these pans were not only durable and stylish but that they worked well. We love the square shape, color and durability of these pans. They not only look great on our stove but they work well to cook all kinds of meals for our family.

ABOUT COPPER CHEF

The Copper Chef works on all stovetops (gas, electric, ceramic and induction)! That is amazing since not everyone has the same stovetop. Further, the Copper Chef is heat resistant up to  850° making it safe for in the oven too!! I love that it has the copper color but also that it has a Cerami-Tech Non-Stick Coating and a stainless steel induction plate. One of my all time favorite benefits is that this product is dishwasher safe! All of these features make these Copper Chef pans my new favorite in the kitchen!

Here’s a little more about the square pan:

This unique square pan does it all. Copper Chef Square Pan is the Multi-Purpose Non-Stick Pan that replaces your stock pot, rice cooker, baking pan, frying pan, wok, and roasting pan.

Revolutionary square ceramic design and deep-dish sides give you more room to cook more food. Up to 25% more cooking space than traditional nonstick round frying pans.

Plus, Copper Chef features Cerami-Tech Non-Stick Technology so nothing sticks to the pan. This means you can cook anything without any added butter, oil, or grease! Innovative Stainless Steel Induction Technology distributes heat rapidly to all four corners of the pan for even cooking every time.

Our Thoughts

I wasn’t sure how I would like the square shape and was worried about even heating! However, I am pleasantly impressed with this cookware and use it constantly in our kitchen. I love that it is dishwasher safe since my family is a very busy, on the go family that is usually cooking quickly. I try not to have too many dishes that I have to wash by hand and this cookware makes it easy. We’ve made a large variety of things in this cookware and I absolutely love the non-stick feature! When I have gone back to using my other cookware, I get so frustrated with the sticking even though I’ve used something like oil or non-stick spray. Nothing is worse than a meal that sticks in your pot or pan for dinner – super frustrating. With a toddler at my heels, I need quality cookware that is going to allow me to cook quick, quality meals for my family. Here’s just one of the many recipes that we’ve made in this new Copper Chef line:

Chicken Teriyaki with Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cubed chicken breast
  • 14 oz. chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. corn starch
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  •  1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. ginger, ground
  • 1 bag frozen broccoli
 Directions:
  1. Mix broth, cornstarch, sugar, garlic powder and ginger in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil over medium-high heat and add chicken. Stir fry chicken until cooked through. Add bag of frozen broccoli florets and stir fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir sauce mixture and add to the skillet. Stir continuously and bring to a boil for 1 minute or until sauce is slightly thickened.
  4. Serve over cooked rice, if desired.

This is such an easy recipe for a quick dinner, not requiring ANY special ingredients like sesame oil or something that you may not have on hand. The Copper Chef cookware did not allow anything to stick and made this 20 minute dinner preparation a breeze!

My daughter just gave one to my husband for his birthday. He loves it! It heats quickly and evenly, even on our ancient cooktop.
