How are you handling the summer heat? We just got back from our annual beach vacation which was a BLAST but we are all a little sunburnt and tired!

Although vacation is always a blast, it is really nice to come home and get back into the sense of normalcy. We got home on a Friday and will have 2 days before we are back to the swing of work and starting school for our son!

What are your favorite things to do to handle the heat? It is extremely humid here in Southern Maryland so outdoor activities are usually enjoyed in the earlier morning or later evenings.
