I love finding a great Bible and sharing my love for it with others. I love even more when others enjoy the one(s) that I recommend and put them to good use. The one thing that I’ve been looking for in a Bible lately is the ability to journal in the margins, or take notes as I am reading along or sitting in church. Finding a Bible that is compact, yet great for journaling hasn’t been an easy task. However, I was offered the opportunity to review this beautiful ESV Journaling Bible and I knew I couldn’t resist.

This Bible is not only a version that I like to read and can easily understand, it has the margins (as shown above) for me to write down those thoughts or notes from church or my personal devotions along the way. It has a beautiful Blue Flora design on it and is a hardcover Bible which is awesome. I’ve taken this Bible to church and have received so many compliments on the design and the notes section! In this day and age many people have Bible applications on their phone but I, personally, prefer books in print and like to find the scriptures in my Bible in church while we are listening to the message. I also like to take notes so this Bible is all of that for me in one – a Bible and a journal. We already carry so much into church for Liam that carrying a Bible and a journal is a little complicated 😉
