Family movie nights are one of our all time favorite things to do! With all the hustle and bustle in our family, it is fun to have a dedicated time for us all to sit down and spend time together. Our 3 kids are growing up so fast and despite the overwhelm and stress we feel as working parents, we know that time together as a family will never be a regret!

Family Movie Night with McCain®

Our family is busy and finding time to spend one on one with our kids is challenging. However, we do aim to find time to spend together as a family on a weekly basis. That time is usually a family movie night where we have a special treat and no distractions! 

I swung by our local Harris Teeter and grabbed a few products from McCain® for our family movie night. We grabbed the McCain® Quick Cook Tasti Taters® and the McCain® 5 Minute Shoestring Fries. For our special treat we did a make your own nachos bar with Tasti Taters as the base!

First, we gathered all of our ingredients. We tossed the Tasti Taters in the air fryer and made the taco meat, guacamole, refried beans, nacho cheese, green onions and salsa. 

Our family LOVED this. The Tasti Taters were crispy and perfect as the base for these customizable nachos. Our son preferred just the taters and cheese, our 3 year old wanted a little of everything and the 1 year old had bits of each ingredient. 

It was so fun to see what they came up with as they were assembling their bowl.

The Nacho bar using McCain® products was a hit with our kids. They enjoyed customizing their toppings and we loved all of the colors and items they were adding to their bowls. We sat down to watch a movie and all enjoyed our fun nachos together.

McCain® Quick Cook Tasti Taters® helped to make this movie night a success and allowed us to have a quick and fun meal for our family without too much mess and time spent. The Tasti Taters cook in 12 minutes (half bag oven cook time 12-14 minutes at 425°F) with no flipping required. I LOVE that the products contain no artificial flavors and are made with 100% real potatoes!
