Snacking is something that I do on a regular basis so I aim to find snacks that are healthier than things like chips or candy. The FITCRUNCH Cheddar Cheese High Protein Puffs are perfect snacks for me to keep in my desk at work or in the pantry at home when I need a snack.
I love that they are delicious on their own which is how I prefer them, but they can also be added to soups, salads, wraps, tacos and more!! The opportunities are endless for these delicious puffs. The simple ingredients make these a snack of choice in our home along with the delicious flavor.
These little puffs are packed with an amazing cheddar cheese flavor making them delicious! When I crave snacks, I crave the crunch, the salt and the convenience. FITCRUNCH puffs are both delicious and high in protein so I can get all of those things and have a great high protein snack at the same time.
Created by Chef Robert Irvine
Celebrity Chef Robert Irvine created FITCRUNCH® because he was set
out to deliver something good for you without compromising great taste and decadence. Robert believed that with a ton of hard work, dedication, and inventiveness, he could create quality, protein-packed food that’s
good for you. It’s been quite a journey, but something that started with protein bars evolved into protein snack-size bars, powders, puffs, and more. FITCRUNCH is driven to craft foods that do not compromise on taste or nutrition.
Why We Love These Puffs
Each bag of FITCRUNCH Cheddar Cheese High Protein Puffs is packed with 20g of high quality protein and great for on-the-go-families. They’re also free of gluten, GMOs and soy and do not contain sugar alcohols, trans fats or artificial flavors, colors or sweeteners! These are ALL things that I desire in a snack for my family.
FITCRUNCH High Protein Puffs follow Robert’s mission of quality by using patented puff technology. These protein puffs are manufactured via a continuous high-pressure process that delivers the crunch of a potato chip without any of the guilt.

I love cheese puffs but rarely eat them because they are such junk food. But these are a great option and I love that they have so much protein and are gluten free!
