Peanut butter blossoms are delicious treats — what could be better than the combination of peanut butter and chocolate?? What is even better is that this recipe is for flourless ones.
Baking cookies is one of my favorite things to do! I love to find new recipes for cookies and share them! The other day I made these Funfetti Cake Mix cookies and they were a favorite at my church youth group!

If you’re following a special diet, these Peanut Butter Blossoms are for you. You don’t have to give up the things you love just because you can’t have flour!
These cookies are delicious and, honestly, you wouldn’t even know that they were flourless! Add in the chocolate kiss on top and you’ve got yourself an allergy friendly dessert to share or eat all yourself.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Chocolate kiss candies, unwrapped
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream together the peanut butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg, vanilla, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well blended.
- Using a small cookie scoop, measure 1-inch balls of cookie dough and place on the baking sheet. Do not press.
- Bake for 8 to 9 minutes. Cookies will be slightly puffed.
- Remove from oven and immediately press a chocolate kiss into the middle of each cookie. Expect the edges to crack. Cool completely before serving.
