I absolutely LOVE to bake, and love to try new recipes. The team that I work with loves this addiction as I bring in a ton of stuff to share all of the time. I also love easy to follow and easy recipes since I have an 8 month old around. He is SUPER cute but it makes it hard for me to cook a lot. That’s why I am excited to share these beautiful and fun Funfetti Cake Mix cookies- they require only 5 ingredients and most of them you may already have on hand. Check it out.
Ingredients –
1 box of white cake mix, any brand
2 tbs. flour
1/2 C. vegetable oil
2 egg whites
1/2 C. multi-colored sprinkles
Directions –
#1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
#2. Combine the cake mix, flour, vegetable oil and egg whites. Mix well.
#3. Add in the multi-colored sprinkles, mixing well.
#4. Scoop a tablespoon at a time of the cookie dough and roll into a ball using your hands. Place 2-3″ a part on a cookie sheet.
#5. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Do not overbake.
*Makes approximately 2 dozen cookies.
