The Good Dinosaur will march into theaters on November 25th – are you as excited as I am? A few days ago I was afforded the opportunity to sit in El Capitan in Hollywood with a house full of A-list celebrities and their families at The Good Dinosaur premiere. Before that I spent a few hours mingling among them on the red carpet! What a breathtaking night. I am excited to share my experience with you, check it out:

The red carpet for this premiere was not red, it was green with a blue river going down which is perfect for The Good Dinosaur. Being on the red carpet was such a surreal experience with the celebrities, props, decor, and paparazzi! It certainly was a night packed with fun and excitement seeing some of the people we had interviewed a day or so prior to this and to see them in action as ‘celebrities’ getting pictures, giving autographs, etc.

Along the red carpet were many props offering photo opportunities which was a great way to capture some memories! I loved seeing everyone stop to pose in front of a premiere prop or just to pose with people from the movie as well as other celebrities. On the red carpet we ran into a number of different celebrities not only from The Good Dinosaur but from other familiar movies/shows. As we were waiting to go into the theater, I was able to say “hey there” to Mario Lopez… he was holding his adorable daughter’s hand as they walked into the theater for the premiere.

Experiencing the red carpet was an awesome experience and I am so blessed to have had the opportunity. After we strolled the red carpet, we headed into the theater for the premiere of the movie.

We had front row seats and the theater filled up fast with many cast members, other celebrities and their families. Probably one of my favorite parts of the premiere was at the end when everyone would clap as the actors’ names were shown on the screen. The film was amazing and I highly recommend you going to see it when it is released on 11/25 with your family (movie review coming soon). After the red carpet and the movie we walked over to the OHM Nightclub for the after party where we were given food, drinks and dessert. We were able to chat with some of the celebrities and enjoy the fun event. In one room there was food and drinks, in another were some fun activities for the kids and photo opportunities and in another were some pretty stellar desserts. What a fun night – we bumped into all kinds of celebrities.
