Our trip to the Hershey Lodge was paid for in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. All opinions expressed below are true and my own.

My family and I visited Hershey, PA for a quick overnight mini-vacation. We were given the opportunity to stay at the Hershey Lodge and also visit Hershey Park. It had been years since both my husband and I had been to Hershey and we were looking forward to taking our son, Liam, with us to the park and the lodge. We had an absolute blast and know that we will be going back again when Liam gets a little older and staying a little longer. We aren’t too far – about 3 hours from Hershey so it is a nice family trip that we can make!

5 Reasons to Stay at the Hershey Lodge

Water Works — oh this was such a blast!! Garrett, Liam and I had a blast and it was super convenient to visit. The hours of the Water Works attractions are generous, it is right in the hotel and there are all kinds of activities for people of all ages. You can even use their towels just by showing your room key, order adult drinks and sit on the side and watch your kiddos play with a drink in hand. There are lifeguards on duty and a whole ton of things to do!

Mini Golf –– this was free with your stay! 18 hole mini golf course. You just give your room number and they hand over the clubs and balls. We had a blast playing as we love mini golf. We tied, in the end ;).

Activities in the Lobby — when you check in, you get a schedule of events. There are different things like Bingo for the family, Character appearances and more. We went down to the lobby and saw the Reese’s Cup! It was so fun to be in the lobby and able to experience that!

Restaurants— there are a few restaurants conveniently located inside of the Lodge! We ate at The Bears Den and the Hershey Grill. We had good food and good time together! Plus, they were right in the same place we were staying making it convenient.

Quality Rooms — In addition to the fun activities, the rooms are fantastic! They are decked out with Hershey Kisses on the sheets, walls and even some real ones left by the cleaning team. There is cocoa infused shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash too! The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were spacious.

Our time at the Hershey Lodge was quick but so much fun! We will be going back again and spending a few days there for a family vacation. Have you ever visited The Hershey Lodge? If not, you’ll want to check it out!
