I was invited by Hershey Entertainment & Resorts to attend the Sweet Welcome Event. All of my expenses were paid, but I promise all opinions are my own.

Top 7 Things to Splurge on in Hershey PA
Hersheypark
With a variety of food options and fun for the entire family, Hersheypark is something that you must do when you visit Hershey PA. Plus, when you stay at one of the Hershey Resorts, you’ll get the best deals on tickets to the park! The food options at Hersheypark have everyone in mind – from Chick-Fil-A to Gluten Free and desserts, they have you covered. If you’re traveling with special needs family members, check out these tips for visiting Hersheypark.
As far as rides go, there is fun for the entire family from rollercoasters to kid’s rides.
Hershey’s Chocolate World
You can learn so much about Hershey when you visit Chocolate World. This is located right outside of the Hersheypark gate and provides a free ride through the making of Hershey as well as paid things like the 4D movie, make your own chocolate bar, food/treats and more.
If you’ve never done any of these activities, you’ll want to do it at least once. I made my own Chocolate Bar and went to the 4D Movie last time I visited. Both of these are great activities. Plus, there are sweet treats and gifts all around the place!
ZooAmerica
Admission to ZooAmerica is included in your Hersheypark admission!! This is super cool as you can go around the zoo with your family and spend time seeing the animals. What you may not know is that ZooAmerica offers behind the scenes tours that are well worth splurging on. There are a variety of tours that you can choose from and they’re all awesome and fun. We went on an after hours tour and got to hold an owl, feed a black bear and more!
The Hershey Story Museum
This museum doesn’t only have history, but it has a store, Chocolate Lab and more. In the Chocolate Lab, you will make your own candy bar and learn about cocoa beans and more. This is a fun activity for kids aged 4 up to adult age.
Then, if you didn’t have enough chocolate, you’ll want to do the Chocolate Tasting from around the world. Before you leave, stop by their store and head upstairs to the museum! This is a great place to take the entire family and what an awesome experience.
Chocolate Spa
Ah, relaxation! The Chocolate Spa is located in The Hotel Hershey and offers fantastic spa experiences and chocolate….. need I say more?! I got a chocolate pedicure and it was a great experience. The spa itself is gorgeous and relaxing and then the pedicure involved chocolate and massage chairs. This is such a great thing to do in Hershey!!
Trolley Tour
Do you like history?! The trolley tour around Hershey PA will share the history of the town, The Hershey Chocolate Company and more.
You’ll get to go to places that you can’t usually drive up to, like Mr. Hershey’s house. The tour guides are very knowledgeable and you even get sweet treats along the ride.
Hershey Bears Game
If you like hockey or even if you don’t, you’ll have a great time at the Hershey Bears game!
Head on over to the Giant Center and enjoy a fun night with family and friends at a hockey game. I had never been to one before and had a BLAST with my friends there!
