I have been invited by Disney/ABC to attend this event. All my expenses will be paid but I promise all my opinions will be my own!

Earlier today I received a magical email….. the title was “Disney, ABC and Disney Channel Invite You to Los Angeles!” I couldn’t get the email open fast enough to read the details of this invite, I knew it would be fantastic. When I finally did get it, I found out that I was being invited to Los Angeles November 15-18 for a variety of events. I’m excited to share this experience with you and wanted to give you some sneak peeks of what I’ll be experiencing. Of course, you’ll want to check back regularly as they’re still working on the itinerary and other details. However, here are the highlights of the trip.

First, we will get to walk the Red Carpet at the premier of The Good Dinosaur! Woohoo, I’ve never attended a Red Carpet premiere so I am super stoked to get this opportunity. The Good Dinosaur will open in theaters everywhere on November 25th! We love to go see movies around Thanksgiving so I think this one will be THE one this year ;).

We will be interviewing some cast/filmmakers from this adorable movie – those details are still being sorted out, stay tuned. Check out the Good Dinosaur content I’ve previously posted by clicking the links below.

Then, I will be attending a live taping of the 21st season of “Dancing with the Stars” (Monday nights at 8/7c) where I will watch the semi-finalist contestants perform live in the glamorous ballroom! This is truly an experience of a lifetime…. I NEVER thought that I would be able to see this!!

We will also be visiting the beautiful Walt Disney Studios Lot for special preview screenings of episodes of hit ABC comedies “black-ish” (Wednesday nights at 9:30/8:30c) and “The Muppets” (Tuesday nights at 8:00/7:00c)! While we are there, we will have the opportunity  for a meet & greet with the multi-talented Tracee Ellis Ross, who portrays Johnson family mom & anesthesiologist Rainbow “Bow” Johnson on “black-ish”. We will also be able to see the Johnson home set in person!

We will also stop by Miss Piggy’s late-night talk show, “Up Late with Miss Piggy” (which Kermit the Frog executive produces, of course) where we will see an exclusive preview screening of an upcoming episode right there on the “Up Late” set.

We can take a selfie where famous guests like Elizabeth Banks and Christina Applegate were interviewed by Miss Piggy and participate in a Q&A with “The Muppets” Executive Producer Bill Barretta, who also performs Pepe the King Prawn, Rowlf the Dog, The Swedish Chef, Dr. Teeth and Bobo the Bear!

We will also attend a screening of “The Lion Guard: Return of The Roar,” which continues the epic storytelling of “The Lion King” and introduces Kion, the second-born cub of Simba and Nala, as he assumes his role as leader of the Lion Guard, a group of animals tasked with protecting the Pride Lands. 

The screening to be followed by a Q&A panel with Executive Producer Ford Riley, Composer Christopher Willis, Singer/Songwriter Beau Black and Swahili Consultant Sarah Mirza.

What do you think of that line up of events?! I am pretty stoked about it, that’s for sure. I loved The Muppets and Lion King as a kid so it will be awesome to see the sets and screen the movie. I also love Dancing with the Stars and blackish so I cannot wait. Further, everything that I’ve seen and heard about The Good Dinosaur has been amazing and I cannot wait to have the Red Carpet experience. Be sure to stay tuned as more details will be released.
