Summer is just around the corner!! I love the warmer weather but could do without the humidity here in Southern Maryland. What’s your favorite season?

We absolutely love the beach – despite the challenge of getting ready to go to the beach that is exhausting with kids. One of the things that we do is take everything in totes and have it all organized for what we actually need.

We don’t take a ton of toys, but we are sure to take lots of water and a few snacks. I always bring a book thinking that I’ll actually have time to read it in between chasing Liam… wishful thinking. 

Each year we go to the Outer Banks in North Carolina and rent a beach house! This year we are going with my family for the 2nd year in a row and we are counting down the days! 

Where do you vacation? Is it the same place each year? Do you go on cruises? What about the mountains? Wherever you go, vacation is time with friends and family so that’s what matters!
