Thanks Disney for giving me a free movie night kit to host an in-home viewing of The Light Between Oceans! All opinions are my own. 

Dreamworks Pictures’ The Light Between Oceans is available on Bluray now! If you haven’t seen this movie, I highly recommend it for a girl’s night with your bed buddies! It is an emotional film, but one that truly draws you in.

Michael Fassbender stars as Tom Sherbourne and Alicia Vikander as his wife Isabel in DreamWorks Pictures poignant drama THE LIGHT BETWEEN OCEANS, written and directed by Derek Cianfrance based on the acclaimed novel by M.L. Stedman.Disney sent us some fun gear to host an in-home viewing party with friends so we could have a night watching this movie! We were sent a party pack complete with all kinds of goodies to make this a great girl’s night. As a Mom to a toddler, I know how hard it is to get time out and away with your friends. Additionally, I am very much a homebody and would rather stay home than go to the movies. This party pack was a fantastic way to share this movie with my girl friends for a movie night! 

Our party pack contained enough gear for 5 people and had some pretty awesome The Light Between Oceans stuff in it. The pack contained:

• The Light Between Oceans Book
• 5 Tea Tins
• 5 Coffee Mugs
• 5 Sets of Bath Bombs
• 5 Soy Candles
• 5 Tissue packs
• 5 Pairs of slippers

We were headed to our friend’s house in the south to celebrate their coming little one at their baby shower. I thought that this was more than perfect for hosting an in-home party to relax after the baby shower. We invited some girls over and popped some popcorn to enjoy with the movie. We all took time to relax and go through the fun goodies, before we watched the movie! As you can see in the picture above, we had some pretty awesome items sent to us. We all were able to take home a set of this gear. The tissues, however, didn’t make it home as we certainly needed them for this movie!

Now that I’ve seen the movie, I want to read the book! Thankfully, one copy came in my party pack! I’ve already started reading and I know some of my friends have already bought it.
