How Long Does No Bake Gingerbread Cream Pie Last?

A no bake pie is best eaten within 24-48 hours. This is simply because of the homemade whipped cream (DELICIOUS) and to avoid the pie crust from getting too much moisture.

If the pie lasts longer than a few days, you can keep it in your fridge for up to a week to enjoy. Note that the whipped cream will go flat some but the pie is still completely delicious and edible.

Can you Freeze this No Bake Pie?

Absolutely! This is a great way to make more than one and freeze for later. Although this pie is easy to make, I prefer to make multiple and pop them in my freezer for more holiday gatherings.

To thaw it, just move it from the freezer to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving!

You can top the pie with these adorable decorations to make it even more festive!
