Oreos are my favorite cookie!!! I am always looking for fun ways to eat them or use them in recipes. Some of the best cheesecakes are those with an Oreo crust, yum! This chocolate bark is perfect for Easter and uses my favorite cookie, Oreos! Check out the tutorial below and make this delicious and easy Oreo Easter Bark for your Easter celebrations!
Ingredients:
1 bag white candy melts
Oreos (I used Spring ones)
Instructions:
Pour the white candy melts in a microwave safe bowl and melt according to package instructions. While the candy is melting, crush up about 8 Oreos (more of less to your liking) in a ziploc bag.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Pour the melted candy melts onto the parchment paper.
Spread out evenly over the parchment paper.
Sprinkle the crushed up Oreos, M&M’s and sprinkles over the candy melts, working quickly before the candy hardens.
Put the pan into the freezer to harden. It won’t take long – just a few minutes!
Once it is hardened, break it into pieces and serve!
