Our first little one, Liam Wesley arrived on September 22, 2014 – a few weeks earlier than his due date of October 1, 2014. We’ve been searching for the best baby products for our little boy all through my pregnancy and have already featured some in our Gift Guide! 

My husband and I are happy to announce the arrival of Liam Wesley Douglass! He was born via c-section on 09/22/14 after 3 days of an attempted induction. We are so blessed to have him here and love every moment we get to spend with him. The late night feedings and his sleeping patterns are a struggle but it is all worth it.

Isn’t the announcement above cute!?! We ordered them from Oubly and couldn’t be happier with them! When we found out we were having a boy, I searched the common printing sites for unique and fun baby announcements but never actually found one that fit the bill. The customization of the announcement was fun and easy– we uploaded the pictures we wanted, entered the details and voila– a preview appeared on the page showing what my announcement would look like. I love that we were able to choose some more pictures for the back of the announcement!! We’ve received so many compliments from those friends and family that we’ve mailed them too– the quality is fantastic. The announcements came with nice white envelopes that are thick and perfect for the announcements. The announcements were reasonably priced and I opted for a FREE proof of my item to be sent to me by email before they were sent for printing. This showed me exactly what my announcements would look like and allowed me to officially ‘approve’ them.
