Peanut Butter Fat Bombs Recipe + Tutorial

These Peanut Butter Fat Bombs are going to quickly become your favorite cookie to make! Do you currently have a favorite cookie? I am torn between these Pumpkin Spice Butterscotch Cookies and these Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies!! Both are delicious in their own way, for sure! However, these Peanut Butter Fat Bombs are easier and absolutely amazing!

Peanut Butter Fat Bombs

These cookies are so simple, and I’m not even sure you can call them cookies. This is why I like to call them fat bombs!! You’ll see why when you try them, too! Here’s the recipe and tutorial. Enjoy!

Peanut Butter Fat Bombs

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 to 3 tbsp. sweetner { to taste}

Peanut Butter Fat Bombs

Directions

Place the whipping cream in a medium mixing bowl and whip at medium speed.

Add the vanilla. At the soft peak stage add the sugar substitute followed by the peanut butter

Whip till combined. Place cupcake liners in a muffin tin. Set aside

Using a plastic baggie or icing bag pipe mixture into liners.

Place into freezer till frozen then place in a sealed container in the freezer for storage.

What do you think?! They are delicious, and if you’re a fan of peanut butter, these are going to be the best thing that you can make. Oh my gosh, I need to go make another batch!
