Peppermint Cheesecake Dip

Peppermint is a definite favorite flavor for me around the Holiday season – I pretty much add it to everything! One of my all time favorite desserts is cheesecake, traditional cheesecake! That’s why this Peppermint Cheesecake Dip is amazing for the Christmas season. This dip is great for those potlucks where you’re asked to bring an easy dessert, it would sure be festive too! If you’re heading over a friends house or entertaining at your place, you’ll want to whip some of this easy dip up and serve it with some graham crackers or pretzels. You may even want to make a double batch as it sure won’t last a long time!

Peppermint Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients –
8oz Softened cream cheese
1/2 Cup powdered sugar
1/2 Cup marshmallow fluff
1/2 Tablespoon peppermint extract
1/4 Cup crushed peppermint Andes mints

Directions-
1. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, marshmallow fluff, peppermint extract, and Andes mints
2. Using a hand mixer or spatula, mix together your ingredients
3. Scoop your cheesecake dip into a small bowl
4. Serve with graham crackers and pretzels and enjoy!
