Before I had Liam, I was a pretty active person – always going somewhere or doing something. When Liam came along, I found myself BUSY with a new little guy and not able to do the things that I used to. I’m not complaining – just stating it as a fact of life. I would give anything for this kiddo and really we are blessed to have him. One of the blessings (or curses) that came along with having Liam was some bladder leakage with normal everyday activities. It has been very limiting in my time of being a Mom as I find myself always trying to make sure I have some backup clothes handy for myself in case of a little accident. It is a real inconvenience. There are, however, some products out now that are thin and help you feel comfortable and dry so that you can enjoy the activities that you always did.

Available over the counter, Impressa Bladder Supports gently lift and give support to the urethra to help stop bladder leaks before they happen.
Having these 2 products on hand have allowed me to make sure that I can still chase my 2 year old around in the Water Park at Kings Dominion or on our local playground. I don’t want to miss opportunities with him. While I pack Liam a diaper bag, I also am sure that I have an ‘on the go kit’ in my car at all times.
In there I always keep:
- Fresh pair of underwear
- Wipes (baby wipes or feminine wipes)
- Poise Impressa
- Poise Thin-Shape Moderate Absorbency Pads
Simply, put the items of choosing in your little bag and zip it up. You can easily toss this in a diaper bag, glove compartment or desk drawer.
You can then discreetly go to the bathroom with this adorable on the go emergency kit.
That kit is either in the diaper bag or in my car. That way I have it with me at all times, you never know when you’ll need it.
