Fall is just around the corner! I cannot wait for the cooler, crisper air, pumpkin spice everything, hoodies, blankets, fires, s’mores and the fall colors! I absolutely love the summer for beaches and the sunny days outside with my family but fall just has a special place in my heart. Out of all of the things I love about fall, I think I love pumpkin flavored items the most! I absolutely LOVE pumpkin spice flavored coffee and I cannot wait to get my hands on the Pumpkin Spice Cheerios. This recipe for homemade Pumpkin Spice Sugar Scrub is super easy and perfect to make to celebrate the fall season upon us. It only requires a few ingredients that you most likely have in your home and about 5 minutes of your time to make. Put it in an adorable mason jar and wrap with a ribbon for the perfect gift idea for your friend or guest in your home. I already know who I will be making some for! 😀
DIY Pumpkin Spice Sugar Scrub
Ingredients-
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1/3 cup olive oil
Directions–
1. Measure out your ingredients and combine your sugars and spices together in a small bowl
2. Mix your sugars and spices together
To use: place a quarter size amount in your hand and rub in a circular motion on your skin to remove dead skin cells, then rinse. Your skin will feel and smell amazing!
How about that? Super easy and perfect for the fall weather! What is your favorite thing about Fall? Is it the pumpkin spice flavors, crisp air, or something completely different? I am so excited to make a batch of this for my best friend who shares my love of pumpkin spice ;). Who will you make a batch for?

I made this one and only smelled like olive oil. Added more of the spice and still no scent. Has anyone else had this issue?

I have not....... if you want, you can use another carrier oil like avocado oil but I've made this several times and haven't had that issue.
