I was so excited to be asked to review Sara Lee’s Pound Cake for numerous reasons– one because I am a fan of Sara Lee products and two because my weak spot is desserts.
The awesome thing about this Pound Cake is that it is ready in just 10 minutes– take it out of the freezer and let it thaw. Let me tell you, this cake is SO moist and full of wonderful flavor. It is much quicker than baking one….. which I usually do! You can do so much to this– my Mom loves her pound cake plain but I like to top it with things like strawberries, whipped cream and ice cream to make it a strawberry shortcake!! This is a SUPER simple recipe that even my husband loves!
