I received this Shark Rotator Powered Lift-Away machine free of charge to facilitate this review. All opinions expressed here are my own!

We have 2 black labs and a pretty large house– that means that we have a lot of dog hair and dust. When we bought our house, we knew the carpet needed to be replaced so downstairs we did laminate and tile and then we re-carpeted the upstairs. Since then, we have noticed a drastic difference in the overall smell and look of our house. The carpet upstairs is the Stainmaster Pet Protect and it does great when we vacuum it. However, with the 2 dogs we still have piles of dog hair around the house (usually the day after we vacuum) and were looking for a great vacuum that would help us to vacuum effectively! 

We were sent the Shark Rotator Powered Lift-Away and I was so excited for it to arrive. Reading the details about the vacuum, I knew it would be something that would come in handy. Now, with Liam here  we are limited on the time we can spend cleaning the house and so that means we need a powerful and effective vacuum so that we don’t have to go over the same area twice to know it is clean.

We are planning to move within the next year and will have a brand new house– that is if all goes as we plan it. Right now we have another highly rated vacuum and it gets the job done. We cannot wait to continue using the Shark for our home. Here are some of my favorite features:

– I LOVE that it makes it easy to vacuum the stairs. With a 3 month old and a back with a spinal fusion, I am always struggling to vacuum the stairs. The removable canister and handheld vacuum make it easy for me to get that job done.

– I LOVE that it is easy to carry around and makes vacuuming under furniture easy! That is a task in itself and I can’t move the furniture myself.

– I LOVE that it has a long power cord– that means that we can vacuum the entire downstairs without having to move the cord a lot.

– I LOVE that it has a HEPA filter. There isn’t much explaining needed here, it is a great addition to this vacuum

Overall, as you can tell we are fans of this vacuum! I cannot wait to take it with us to our new home and follow our black labs around….. most of the mess is from them haha!
