With DuoClean TM Technology, two specialized brush rolls work in unison to deliver powerful deep carpet cleaning and a thorough clean of hard floor surfaces from edge to edge and in grout lines. On carpets, the self-cleaning soft velvet brush roll pulls in large particles, while the deep-cleaning bristle brush engages the carpet for removing embedded fine dirt. On floors, DuoClean TM gives you Direct Floor Engagement. Large and small particles, as well as stuck-on dust are pulled in by the velvet brush roll, and then drawn into the high velocity suction channel by the bristle brush roll, leaving nothing but clean floors behind. A brush roll garage in the floor nozzle houses the bristle brush roll, allowing for quick access and speedy maintenance.
At about ten pounds, the lightweight design makes maneuvering easy, while redesigned wheels allow smooth movement over bare floors and carpets to clean with ease. Enhanced with Shark’s patented Never Loses Suction Technology, cleaning power is consistent from room to room as advanced cyclonic technology maintains suction power over time. Our Thoughts
We have a combination of hardwood floors and carpets and it cleans both with great quality. Another amazing feature is the weight — it is so light. I have a spinal fusion and some lingering nerve pain when I overdo it, but thankfully I can use this vacuum and feel just fine afterwards. Even though it is small, it is powerful!! This is quickly becoming my new favorite vacuum cleaner as it does an amazing job at cleaning. We have a carpet in our family room that really no vacuum can get clean. I almost got rid of the rug because it was so annoying with dog hair and toddler stuff. Well, this vacuum gets it cleaner than I ever thought possible! Now I don’t have to get rid of that carpet and I am glad because I do love it!
