Do you meal plan? I’ve been trying to get better at it in the last few weeks and have a goal to do it every week. Meal Planning has saved me so much time and money because I use what products I have in the house and then make a meal of it. I also go to the grocery store on a mission and spend less money when I pair meals up with items that are on sale!

One of the best things I got in the past few months is an Instant Pot. I know, I am late to the game! I, honestly, didn’t think I would use it much and thought it wasn’t worth my time or money for another appliance to sit in my kitchen not used. Since getting the Instant Pot, I’ve made dinner in it 3-4 times a week!

My husband and I work full time outside the home and have 2 dogs and a 4 year old son with a pediatric feeding disorder. This means that once I get home, I am absolutely and utterly exhausted. Further, my husband usually works late and when we all get home, we want to eat and spend time together as a family. Using the instant pot for meals means that we can spend more time together as a family in the evenings and enjoy a delicious dinner with easy clean up.

There are so many meals you can make in the Instant Pot and I’ve made a wide variety of them. We always have chicken and ground beef in our house and sometimes even a roast and pork chops. We go by what’s on sale and what we can make the most out of when shopping for meals.

Some nights we love a quick meal in the instant pot that is a one pot dish and other times we like to make a part in the instant pot and grill the rest or bake the rest. It all depends on what we plan. My husband told me that he wasn’t a fan of one pot dishes, until he had some of the delicious meals from the Instant Pot

This Easy 6 Ingredient Taco Pasta is one that he has fallen in love with and we make on a regular basis. It seriously takes 6 ingredients and a total of about 10 minutes to make! Then, we make a vegetable to go along side of it, whatever we have, and voila – we have a delicious dinner!
