Tacos are one of my favorite dinners to have, what about you? I am excited to share this fantastic and delicious recipe for homemade Taco Seasoning. This is a lot healthier than those packets found in the store and actually, I think it tastes better!

Homemade Taco Seasoning! #DIY #Frugal Here’s the recipe:

  • 3 tbs. chili powder
  • 2 tbs. cumin
  • 1 tbs. paprika
  • 1/2 tbs. cayenne
  • 1 tbs. oregano
  • 1 tbs. onion powder
  • 1 tbs. garlic powder
  • 1 tbs salt
  • 1/2 tbs. pepper

Combine the ingredients and store in an airtight container. Add 1/8-1/4 cup (start with 1/8 of a cup) of the seasoning mix to 1 pound
of ground beef or turkey and 1/4 C. of water. Let simmer.

Taco seasoning is super easy to make. My husband is a good cook and makes everything from scratch. The only time any packaged mixes are used is when I try to cook.
