I love to cook and try new recipes- especially around the Holidays! I’ve also always wanted a pressure cooker as I had heard that there were many things you could do with it to make delicious meals. My parents used to use theirs to can when I was a kid but I haven’t used one for anything other than that!

I don’t have a lot of time with a 9 week old baby boy to make meals requiring a lot of time and ingredients. Usually I am trying to find something quick or grabbing takeout. I LOVE that the T-fal Clipso allows opening and closing with one hand because usually that is the only hand I have free to use. Second, I love that it can cook meals in 10-25 minutes flat– sweet! The recipe book that came with the pressure cooker has some delicious meals in it and I cannot wait to try them. One additional bonus is the steam basket– it makes steaming items like snow peas (yum) easy and delicious! I cannot wait to try more meals with the pressure cooker– it is awesome!
The T-Fal Clipso Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker works by making the steam inside hotter than just boiling. By clipping a foolproof lid over the stainless steel pot, no steam can escape when you add heat from whatever stove you have in your kitchen. The pressure and the temperature inside rise quickly, cooking evenly without pulverizing nor ruining the food you have inside.

Thanksgiving was yesterday and we hosted this year! We tried to keep up on the mess that was created in our kitchen with the cooking, but it was tough. Unfortunately my husband had to go to work last night so the kitchen cleaning didn’t get all done. However, I quickly pulled out the Zabada Kitchen Handy and washed the large pots and pans including the turkey pan with just water– awesome. It was quick and easy– and the kitchen handy cleaned effectively. I LOVE that the kitchen handy is machine washable and you just have to add water to it. I’ve used it to wipe down the counters and do dishes– its a great product.
Now that Thanksgiving is over, Christmas is right around the corner!! I’m not sure where we are having Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Dinner but I can assure you that I’ll be making something special in my T-Fal Clipso! If it’s at our house, we will be able to clean up easier and effectively with the Zabada!
