Leftovers are always plentiful in our house. My husband smokes a large turkey, and I make extra of any sides. We are usually the home that entertains and hosts so we like to divide up and send leftovers home with everyone here. At times, though, the traditional Thanksgiving plate because exhausting and it’s time for something else.

These Thanksgiving Sliders are the PERFECT way to use up and enjoy your leftovers this Thanksgiving. Start out with a sweet Hawaiian roll, layer your favorite Thanksgiving leftovers inside, drizzle a delicious buttery mixture on top and bake! YUM!
This is not just another turkey sandwich! I’ve combined all of the flavors of Thanksgiving into a delicious easy to make slider recipe. These adorable sandwiches include turkey, stuffing (or dressing), cranberry sauce and cheese all layered in a sweet Hawaiian roll. This makes for a quick dinner using up your Thanksgiving leftovers!
But what if you want these and don’t have Thanksgiving leftovers?! You absolutely can and you should make these anytime of the year! Simply use deli turkey, boxed stuffing and canned cranberry to make this delicious sandwich anytime of the year!

What Ingredients Do I Need
- Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- Leftover turkey or deli sliced turkey
- Prepared stuffing
- Cranberry sauce or your favorite leftover cranberry sauce
- Slices of cheese- Provolone or Swiss
- Butter
- Mustard
- Poppy seeds
- Worcestershire sauce
- Brown sugar

How to Make Thanksgiving Sliders

Cut all sweet rolls in half and lay bottom half in a 9×13 baking dish.

Top the rolls with a layer of turkey, then a layer of stuffing, followed by a layer of cranberry sauce. Cover with slices of cheese.

Place other half of rolls on top.

In a saucepan, combine butter, mustard, poppy seeds, worcestershire sauce and brown sugar. Bring to a boil.

Run a knife in between all rolls to separate slightly.

Spoon (do not pour) sauce over the rolls.

Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Cover with foil.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove foil for last 5 minutes of baking so tops of rolls brown slightly.

Best served hot out of the oven.

Variations for Thanksgiving Sliders
Rolls – You can use any type of roll in this recipe – a traditional white roll or a gluten free roll works great!
Turkey – use deli sliced turkey or even ham in this if you prefer.
Stuffing – if you’re running out of leftovers, whip up a quick boxed stuffing!
Cheese – prefer a different cheese or another cheese? You choose which one you like best.
Garnishes – prefer something other than poppy seeds? Leave them out or use sesame seeds! You can even use dijon mustard in place of yellow mustard.

What to Serve with these Thanksgiving Sliders?

What about Freezing these Thanksgiving Sliders?
These freeze very well! It is best to assemble them skipping the sauce for now, before wrapping in plastic wrap and placing into a plastic freezer bag! They will keep in your freezer for up to 2 months. When you’re ready to enjoy, defrost in the fridge, then prepare and add the sauce and baking following the same instructions above.

- ⅛ cup of brown sugar
Instructions
