We were given the awesome opportunity to review a book by Heather Davis Nelson called Unashamed. To be honest, I wasn’t quite sure how this book would fit into my life as I didn’t feel that I had feelings of brokenness and shame. However, I learned through reading this book that even if I didn’t feel these things, I knew others that did. I read this book and learned things about those feelings and how I could better help my friends and families overcome those feelings. Heather writes this book out of love and encouragement. She shows you how to rebuild yourself by leaning on your one and only God for his promises. What a great book!
