Valentine’s Day is a great time to make some fun treats for the ones that you love and care for. Homemade gifts are perfect and more personal than those which you can purchase in the store. What about making a batch of something and sharing it with your co-workers or group at your church? Since my husband isn’t one for sweets, I find that I make things like these and take them to work to share. These dipped pretzels are perfect for Valentine’s Day and are easier than you may think to make!!
Valentine’s Day Dipped Pretzels
Yields: 2 dozen
1. Line a large baking pan with wax or parchment paper.
2. Lay the pretzels out on the baking pan at least 2 inches apart.
3. In a double boiler pan over low/medium heat, melt the white chocolate chips. Stir constantly until melted and smooth. Transfer to a smaller bowl for easier dipping.
4. Dip a pretzel into the melted white chocolate and place back on the baking pan. After dipping 2-3 pretzels, cover with sprinkles before the chocolate hardens. Repeat until all of the pretzels are covered in white chocolate and sprinkles.
Who would you give these to?! I love that these pretzels can be customized with any sprinkles or colored chocolate drizzles that you’d like. Put these in a mason jar or in a gift bag with a tag for an adorable gift idea. This is such an easy way to show someone that you love them this Valentine’s Day!
