Winter is almost here, are you ready? Here in Southern Maryland, we are most likely in for some rain and cold weather, but some snow. I never know what our winter weather will hold.

This is the first year that my son is in school and so it is going to be interesting to see how many days the schools are closed due to wintery weather. Since Garrett and I both work, we will have to take turns taking off work if he’s off school.
